This is all in one solution for big pouches( 2Kg to 5Kg). VFFS MACHINE WITH LINEAR WEIGHER (2,3,4 & 5Kg Model) is suitable for Rice, pulses, detergent and other free flowing products.
This Machine is to form high quality Quad-pack (Quadseal) pouches. Quad seal pouches are named for their 2 vertical panels and 2 gussets, which are joined together with four vertical seals. They also feature a rectangular or square bottom so they can stand unassisted.
This machine is specially designed for the filling purposes of granule and powder-based products. These machines can handle all the work from filling and sealing of the packs.
We also provide VFFS collar type Machine with Auger which is specially designed for the weights between five to ten kgs. The machine can only be used for powder products only.
